By using this website and requesting hauling services from Pro AI Transport, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and booking

• A quote is an estimate based on the load details you provide (pickup/delivery locations, items, timing). The final price is confirmed in writing before work begins.
• A booking is confirmed when we agree in writing on the load, the pickup window, and the price.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup/delivery locations and an accurate description of the load, including size and weight.
• Ensure items are ready for loading at the agreed pickup window and that you have the right to move the items.
• Remove or secure anything fragile, valuable, or prohibited before pickup.

What we do not haul

Hazardous materials, live animals, and anything illegal are not accepted. If you are unsure whether something can be hauled, ask before booking.

Liability

Pro AI Transport is not liable for damage to items that were improperly packed, pre-existing damage, or loss caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control. Claims must be reported at the time of delivery.

No warranty

This website is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes
